Forest Defenders

In Forest Defenders, you build a village in the valley. However, you’ll need to be vigilant as increasingly powerful waves of monsters keep emanating from a nearby cave.

Gather resources, build, and research new technologies during the game’s build phase. This is the peaceful period in between monster attacks. If you wish, you can skip to the next monster attack any time you want. Each wave of monsters will be larger and stronger than the last. Survive as long as you can, and challenge your previous high scores.

As your village grows, you’ll need to build bridges to access new areas and more resources. Most resources regenerate so they can be harvested again after each monster attack. Defeating a wave of monsters also grants you the option to level up a stat of your choice (for either you or your villagers). You can also sacrifice this opportunity and choose to heal yourself instead.

Survive as long as you can, and challenge your previous record scores. After a while, new types of stronger monsters will start appearing more frequently. Experience points earned by defeating these onslaughts can be used to unlock new buildings and tech to defend yourself.

Harvest food to relieve your hunger. Any excess goes into the village stockpile for villagers to use. They will multiply as long as there is enough food and houses. Be careful of your food stockpile, as like you, your villagers can starve to death, too. They will harvest resources by themselves, and will also help you defend the village from monsters.
